The 80s have graciously left us this classic dress! A scoop neck on this black rayon top is accented by a pin at the center, where buttons are hidden to the waist. At the elastic waist, which is set of by a patent leather like belt, visible buttons continue down the long skirt which is in a teal and black floral and stripe pattern. And yes, there are shoulder pads! This item is dry clean only.
